This week it's Children's Mental Health Week and we have doodling and coloring activities to help children relax or talk about their worries – and yoga stretches to follow online. It is has been determined that in Children (and not only children with EBD or ADD/ADHD) THIS IS FOR ALL CHILDREN, all have some kind of stressor or trigger that gets them upset or worried. It has also been studied that coloring or doodling calms one inter peace. So, Mommies get to it print out our sketches and let the kids color away their worries. Because it is our responsibility as parents to give our child/children a memorable childhood, one that they as children should not be worried about. After all "YOU ONLY GET ONE CHILDHOOD, SO MAKE IT A GREAT ONE!" <3
